Shipping

If your order is in stock and ready to ship it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

If your order is out of stock, printing takes 5-7 working days but can be quicker – I will update you via email.

I generally use the SA Postal services registered post/track and trace.  You will be given a tracking number upon dispatch and can check the status of your order online.

International post takes 12-14 days and local within SA is 4-6 working days.

If your order is urgent and you require courier services (2-3 days), please contact me and I will be happy to quote.

SHIPPING RATES

South Africa – R60 / £3 / $3.50

Rest of World – R150/ £7.50 / $10

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Orders are classed as lost if it has been more than 4 weeks since the estimated arrival of the package.  Please email us at [email protected] and we will try out best to provide you with information regarding your order.

We are happy to refund your order if it does not arrive, but please note it will exclude the shipping fee.

You will be responsible for paying any and all custom fees when your package arrives.
